I’ve been going through physical therapy the past few weeks. Apparently my posture in front of the computer has been poor (slouching forward) and not having a good ergonomic office furniture resulted injuring my rotator cuff. Luckily for me all I have to do is go though a few sessions of therapy and ice my shoulder.
For people who don’t have an ergonomic work environment it’s a good to invest in some good office furniture and stretch and walk around frequently and be conscience of ones posture.
